Only use genuine Evolution replacement blades.
Unauthorized blades may be dangerous! Keep saw blades
securely fastened. Check blade flanges for debris before
installing any new blade. Do not use dull or broken blades.
Check blades often for condition and wear. Damaged or
worn blades should be replaced immediately. Loose fitting or
damaged collector must be replaced immediately. Beware of
ejecting chips as they may be HOT. Always make provisions
for safe handling of excess material. Keep bottom of base
plate free from dirt and other debris.

NOTE. This tool is intended for use only in premises having
a service current capacity equal to or greater than 100A per
phase, supplied from a distribution network having a nominal
voltage of 120V. Consult the power supply authority if any
doubt.
GETTING STARTED
CAUTION! ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE SAW FROM
POWER SOURCE BEFORE MAKING ADJUSTMENTS.
Refer to the “Service Parts List Drawing”. If required,
assemble edge guide to shoe plate, and adjust edge guide
to desired position. Secure with thumb screw. If a blade has
not been installed, install a Rage saw blade as detailed in the
“Changing Saw Blades” section. Always adjust front bevel
lock knob and tighten before cutting.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE SAWING
Refer to the pictures on page 8 to familiarise yourself with
the machine.
WARNING! NEVER START THE SAW WITH CUTTING EDGE
OF SAW BLADE CONTACTING WORK SURFACE.
DO NOT RETRACT BLADE GUARD MANUALLY. GUARD
RETRACTS AUTOMATICALLY.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW WHILE SAWING
1. The material surface should be clean and level, free from
rust, dirt, scale, and other debris.
2. Material may become heat treated if flame cut. Always
avoid cutting near these areas whenever possible.
3. Adjust the shoe plate to the desired bevel angle by
