Remove the screws, then apply a few drops of thin CA in each hole to harden those threads.

Start with the length shown, which will be adjusted to the proper length later in the manual. Use a 2mm hex wrench to thread the servo mounting screws into each of the servo mounting holes. Check that the flap is in the UP position. If not, adjust the linkage as necessary. Use a #1 Phillips screwdriver to tighten the screws that secure the flap servo cover to the wing. Use a pin vise and 5/64-inch (2mm) drill bit to drill the holes in the elevator for the control horn mounting screws through the hinges.

2 3 x4 Thread a servo mounting screw into each of the holes using a 2mm hex wrench. Remove the screws and place a few drop of thin CA in each hole. Once the CA has cured, secure the rudder and elevator servos in the fuselage using the screws provided with the servos and a 2mm hex wrench. Secure the switch using the hardware provided with the switch and a #1 Phillips screwdriver.
5 6 Connect the servos, switch harness and extensions to the appropriate ports of the receiver. Use hook and loop tape to secure the receiver in the fuselage. Make sure to place a small piece of foam between the receiver and radio tray to prevent vibrations from being transferred to the receiver. Make sure all lines are secure so they don’t interfere with the operation of the engine. We drilled a hole in the sub firewall to route the fill line back into the fuselage. Use the hook and loop straps included with the EP kit to secure the batteries to the tray. Setzen Sie die Akus auf den Akkuhalter. 3 4 5 Slide the cowling into position, with the card stock on the outside of the cowling. Fit the spinner backplate (and adapters if necessary) on the engine shaft. Install the propeller, washer, and propeller nut. Position the cowling so there is a 3/32-inch (2mm) gap between the spinner backplate and front of the cowling. Use low-tack tape to hold in the cowling to drill the mountings holes. Use a pin vise and 5/64-inch (2mm) drill bit to drill the mounting holes in the cowling.
A cooling baffle template has been provided for use with the Evolution 33GX. More important than inlet and exit air opening sizes and ratios, is that the incoming air be used effectively. The baffle forces air through the cooling fins, rather than allowing air to pass around the cylinder. 8 Für den Evolution 33GX finden Sie eine Vorlage für ein Luftleitblech in dieser Anleitung.
