6.7.3. How to Perform Basic Calculations on
Grouped Grid Data
To perform basic calculations on grouped grid data, proceed as follows:
1. Right-click the header of a random column.
2. In the context menu, select the GroupFooters option. This option only becomes
available when the data in the grid has been grouped.
A Footer bar is added to each group and subgroup, if any, in the grid.
3. Right-click the area of the Footer bar at the bottom of the column of the desired (sub)
group.
A context menu with basic operations appears.
Note
Depending of the type of data in a column (numbers, alphanumeric data), more
or less operations will be available.
4. Select the desired operation.
