Warrant Terms and Conditions
JML USA, Inc. agrees to provide the extended warranty described herein (the Warranty). JML
USA, Inc. sole liability shall be to provide to the original purchaser (the purchaser), the
necessary labor and parts, to correct defects of workmanship and materials for an additional
period of one year starting from the expiration date of the standard product warranty of twelve
(12) months from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic faults such as scratches or damage to trim or associated
marks caused by normal use of the product. The warranty is also void if the manufacturer’s
instructions have not been followed or if the product has been subject to misuse or any
modifications.
The warranty is non-transferable and is only valid in the USA.
A Proof of Purchase will be required by JML USA, Inc. from the consumer for the warranty to be
effective and applicable to the product.
Proof of the valid Product purchase for the purposes of this warranty (“Proof of Purchase”) is an
original or copy of the retailer sales receipt of the Product purchase or the Product purchase
invoice, showing the Product model number, payment and the date of the Product purchase.
Failure of verification will result in the rejection of the warranty service. In this instance the
product, at JML USA, Inc. sole discretion, will be returned to the said purchaser.
