Warranty

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, no other warranties whether expressed or implied, including warranty merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose shall apply to this product. Under no circumstances shall Excalibur Products be liable for consequential damaged
sustained in connection with said product and Excalibur Products neither assumes nor authorizes any representative or other person to assume
for it any obligation or liability other than such as it expressly set forth herein. Any applicable implied warranties are also limited to one (5) year
period of the limited warranty.
This warranty covers only the product and its specific parts, not the food or other products processed in it.
Limited Warranty: Used with normal care, this Excalibur product is guaranteed against defective material and workmanship for a period of one (1)
year from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”). We will repair or replace, at our option, any product or part that is defective in material
or workmanship without charge if the product is returned to us postage prepaid with dated proof of purchase within the Warranty Period. This
warranty does not apply to commercial use or any product abuse. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD. Excalibur SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts
and some states do not allow exclusions or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not
apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
INTERNATIONAL: The Excalibur warranty duration is the one in the country of USAGE of the product, even if the product was purchased in
another listed country with different warranty duration. The Excalibur warranty is VOID in case of non conformity of the purchased product with the
local standards, such as voltage, frequency, power plugs, or other local technical specifications. (For example, consumer purchases a 110V
product on Amazon and uses the product in a 220V country. The warranty is VOID!)
