EXENDIS B.V. BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG Impulse Peak Power Pack Vor Ihnen liegt jetzt die Bedienungsanleitung des Impulse Peak Power Packs der "EXENDIS B.V.". Das Impulse Peak Power Pack ist ein Li-ion Pack mit eigensicheren LiFePO4 Zellen und einem internen Ladegerät. Das Impulse Peak Power Pack ist ein Leichtgewicht Batteriepack, das bei einer nominalen Spannung von 12V, sehr große Ströme liefern kann.
EXENDIS B.V. Schadstoffhaltige Geräte sind mit dem nebenstehenden Symbol gekennzeichnet, das auf das Verbot der Entsorgung über den Hausmüll hinweisen. Diese Geräte können Sie unentgeltlich bei den Sammelstellen Ihrer Gemeinde oder beim Lieferant des Geräts abgeben. EXENDIS B.V. 6. ANSCHLUSSBEDINGUNGEN Ausgang (Wohnwagen Mover usw.) Netzadapter Eingang (Auto, Sonnenzellenplatte usw.) Externe Drucktaste 6.1 Anschluß am Ausgang An den Anschlussklemmen (1+ und 1-) können Sie die Plus und Minus Kabel zur Last (z.B. Wohnwagen Mover) mit M6 Schrauben befestigen. Beachten Sie: Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Polarität stimmt.
EXENDIS B.V. 6.3 Anschluss Eingang (+ DC in -) Am Eingangsanschluss (3+ und 3-) kann eine 12Vdc Eingangsspannung angeschlossen werden, wie die 12V Autospannung (so dass das Impulse Peak Power Pack mittels Autodynamo / Batterie geladen werden kann) oder eine 12Vdc Sonnenzellenplatte. Die Drahte zu diesem Anschluß müssen zwei Mal durch den mitgelieferten Ferritring gesteckt werden um zu vermeiden, daß der Impulse Peak Power Pack während laden möglicherweise zuviel Funkstörung gibt.
EXENDIS B.V. 8. ANZEIGEN Die orange LED zeigt an ob das Impulse Peak Power Pack geladen wird. Die grüne LED zeigt an ob die Ausgangsspannung eingeschaltet worden ist. EXENDIS B.V. *) Wenn der Impulse Peak Power Pack benutzt wird für einen Wohnwagen Mover, ist es wichtig, daß den Mover nicht fester an die Reifen gepresst wird als notwendig. Sonst könnte der Stromverbrauch verdoppelt werden und damit die Fahrzeit halbieren. Auch wenn die Reifen zu weich sind, wird der Mover mehr Strom verbrauchen. Zuviel Gewicht auf dem Bugrad erhöht den Stromverbrauch ebenfalls. 10. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG Das Impulse Peak Power Pack kann mit einem feuchten Tuch gereinigt werden.

CONNECTING CONDITIONS Output to the load (caravan mover etc.) Power adapter Input (car, solar panel etc.) External switch 6.1 Connection of the out put At the output terminals (1+ and 1-) the plus and minus cables to the load (f.e. caravan mover) can be mounted with M6 screws. (Pay attention to the polarity.) Pay attention, that these cables must be as short as possible (to prevent voltage loss) and thick enough to (shortly) conduct a 200A current.
EXENDIS B.V. 6.3 Connection of the inp ut (+ DC in -) A 12Vdc voltage supply can be connected to the input connection (3+ and 3- fastons), such as a 12V car voltage (so that the Impulse Peak Power Pack is charged from the car dynamo/battery) or a 12Vdc solar panel. The wires to this connection must be fetched twice through the supplied ferrite ring to prevent that the Impulse Peak Power Pack during charge might cause radio jam. The ferrite ring must be located close to the Impulse Peak Power Pack. 6.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE The Impulse Peak Power Pack can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents. The Impulse Peak Power Pack is maintenance-free. 11.

EXENDIS B.V. Niet aan de regen blootstellen. Op apparaten die schadelijke stoffen bevatten, vindt u dit symbool. Deze apparaten mogen niet via het huisvuil worden verwijderd. Deze apparaten kunt u gratis inleveren bij de verzamelplaatsen van uw gemeente of bij de leverancier van het apparaat. Zo voldoet u aan de wettelijke verplichtingen en draagt u bij aan de bescherming van het milieu! Het apparaat bevat materialen, die hergebruikt kunnen worden. Dit apparaat is CE-goedgekeurd.

EXENDIS B.V. De Impulse Peak Power Pack mag niet door kinderen gebruikt worden of door mensen, die daartoe niet bekwaam zijn. Mocht de Impulse Peak Power Pack niet goed werken, dan dient u eerst te noteren welke foutmelding u hebt geconstateerd, voordat u contact opneemt met de service afdeling van uw leverancier/dealer. Indien dit veiligheidsvoorschrift, alsmede de gebruiksaanwijzing niet wordt opgevolgd, is EXENDIS B.V. niet verantwoordelijk voor een eventueel defect.
EXENDIS B.V. 6. AANSLUITING Uitgang (caravan mover e.d.) Netadapter Ingang (auto, zonnepaneel e.d.) Externe drukschakelaar 6.1 Aansluiting uitgang. Op de uitgangsklemmen (1+ en 1-) kunt u de plus en min kabels naar de belasting (bijv. caravan mover) monteren met M6 schroeven. (Let bij de montage op de polariteit.) Let erop dat deze kabels zo kort mogelijk moeten zijn (om spanningsverlies te voorkomen) en dik genoeg om (kortstondig) een stroom van 200A te kunnen voeren.
EXENDIS B.V. 6.3 Aansluiting ingang (+ DC in -) Op de ingangsaansluiting (3+ en 3- fastons) kan een 12Vdc ingangsspanning aangesloten worden, zoals de 12V autospanning (zodat de Impulse Peak Power Pack vanuit de autodynamo/accu geladen kan worden) of een 12Vdc zonnepaneel. De draden naar deze aansluiting moeten samen twee maal door de meegeleverde ferrietring gehaald worden, om te voorkomen dat de Impulse Peak Power Pack tijdens het laden mogelijk radiostoring zou kunnen veroorzaken.
EXENDIS B.V. 8. INDICATIES De oranje LED geeft aan of de Impulse Peak Power Pack geladen wordt. De groene LED geeft aan of de uitgangsspanning ingeschakeld is. Oranje LED Groene LED Impulse Peak Power Pack uit Impulse Peak Power Pack wordt ontladen. Impulse Peak Power Pack wordt geladen. Impulse Peak Power Pack wordt geladen. EXENDIS B.V. *) Als de Impulse Peak Power Pack gebruikt wordt voor een caravan mover, is het belangrijk om de mover niet strakker op de banden te draaien dan nodig is. Als de mover te strak op de banden gedraaid wordt, kan het stroomverbruik verdubbelen en daardoor de rijtijd halveren! Ook als de banden van de caravan te zacht zijn, zal de mover meer stroom verbruiken. Ook teveel gewicht op het neuswiel verhoogt het stroomverbruik 10.
