*TST?
Description This query initiates an internal self-test and returns a binary
value indicating the results of the test.
Syntax *TST?
Response An integer indicating the sum of all corresponding errors:
 0: No errors
 1: Interlock
 2: Laser over-current
 4: TEC failure
 8: Flash not present
 16: Flash time-out
 32: EEprom not detected
 64: EEprom check sum
 128: Motor
 256: Mechanic zero not found
 512: Temperature
 1024: FPGA
 2048: Electronic power control
 4096: Sweep
 8192: Memory
