Attach glass ball (A) to chimes (B) by turning it

to the right until it is firmly tightened.

OPERATION ON/OFF: The unit is shipped in the OFF position. Locate the ON/OFF switch on the bottom of the base and slide it into the ON position (Photo #1). In the ON position, the solar cell will light up automatically at dusk and will shut OFF automatically when the solar panel is exposed to daylight. Photo 1 ON OFF Location: Select a sunny location. Place the unit in direct sunlight for at least two full days with the power switch in the ON position to fully charge the battery.
