Step 1. Click “Start” → “Control Panel” → “Add or Remove Programs”
Select “ Trigger External Graphics Family 11.xx.xxxx.0179” (driver
version).
Click “Uninstall” button.
Step 2. Unplug the USB 3.0 DISPLAY ADAPTER and click “OK” to continue.
Step 3. Select “Yes, I want to restart my computer now” and click “Finish” to
reboot.
