storm-control unicast
This command enables unicast storm recovery mode for all interfaces (Global Config mode) or one or
more interfaces (Interface Config mode). If the mode is enabled, unicast storm recovery is active, and if
the rate of unknown L2 unicast (destination lookup failure) trac ingressing on an interface increases
beyond the configured threshold, the trac will be dropped. Therefore, the rate of unknown unicast
trac will be limited to the configured threshold.

storm-control unicast action
This command configures the unicast storm recovery action to either shutdown or trap for all interfaces
(Global Config mode) or one or more interfaces (Interface Config mode). If configured to shutdown, the
interface that receives unicast packets at a rate above the threshold is diagnostically disabled. The
option trap sends trap messages approximately every 30 seconds until unicast storm control recovers.
