On each switch, verify the following:
Option Verify
IS-IS Interface
TYPE The value displayed should be pt-pt which indicates Point to Point
OP-STATE
ADM-STATE
The value displayed should be UP which indicates that IS-IS have been
configured and is operational for the interface index shown
IS-IS Adjacencies
STATE
HOST-NAME
Should be displayed as UP indicating there is an adjacency with its
neighbor as shown via HOST-NAME
