3.2 SPB L3 VSN

A SPB L3 VSN topology is very similar to a SPB L2 VSN topology with the exception that a Backbone
Service Instance Identifier (ISID) will be assigned at a Virtual Router (VRF) level instead of at a VLAN level.
All VRFs in the network that share the same ISID will be able to participate in the same VSN.
In summary:
One or more VRFs are created on the BEB switches with an assigned ISID

All VRFs that share the same ISID can participate in the same VSN
Route distribution of direct interfaces on VRF instances must be enabled to distribute VRF
networks into IS-IS between BEB switches
IS-IS IP routing must be enabled
