Assuming the edge switch is an Extreme stackable switch with the latest firmware, enable IGMP snoop
and proxy.
Switch-3 & Switch-4: Enable IGMPv3, i.e. on VLAN 2254
ERS-Stackable(config)#interface vlan 2254
