y ‘Floating IP system’, although being predominantly used over Internet, is very inconvenient for users because its address
varies every time you access. The best alternative is DDNS (Dynamic Domain Naming System) which uses name (domain
name) instead of IP address (numbers). DDNS automatically recognizes ever changing, floating IP addresses, so it will
allow easy access to Internet.
y Check 5 a checkbox of Use DDNS to use DDNS function.
y As for DDNS Server, dvrdomain.com name will be showing as default.
y As for Port, 95 is shown by default. If ‘95’ is disenable, please consult with a product distributor.
y When you press Get Domain Name button, Domain Name and MAC Address value will automatically display after 10
seconds.
y Choose ‘OK’ to confirm the setting.
y Please click ( ) Port, and the following screen will appear.
y Transfer Speed is used for setting a mean transfer speed per unit of time between a client and a DVR.
y Set a proper Transfer Speed for a current configuration state of the network for the client to be able to playback DVR screen
in optimum state.
y There is a total of 14 different transfer speeds you may choose. (bps: bit per second)
56 kbps, 128 kbps, 256 kbps, 512 kbps,
1 Mbps, 2 Mbps, 4 Mbps, 8 Mbps, 10 Mbps, 20 Mbps, 40 Mbps, 80 Mbps, 100 Mbps, Unlimited
y The Port Number Setup menu will allow you to set Administrator and Port Number for Video/Audio and Web Port.
y For Port Number Setup, please get an approval of the network administrator in connection with CMS program.

y Administrator: 5000~9999
y Video / Audio: 5000~9999
y Web: 5000~9999
