How to set up with App 3.8 (Android phones can skip Step 7-9.
Before Setup: Connect to your Wi-Fi network(2.4G supported only). Download “EZVIZ” App on Appstore or Google Play. Plug your camera into a power outlet. Register using your email or phone number. If you reset the device, please wait for more than 10 minutes then try again.
1. Login your EZVIZ account. 2. Click on the “+” button to add your camera.
3. Scan the QR code on the device label or on the QSG cover. 4. Wait for retrieving the device information.
. Click “Connect to a Network” button. 6. Choose your Wi-Fi and input the Wi-Fi password.(Only 2.4G Wi-Fi is supported.
7. Click “The device is starting up and running for the first time” to initialize the device. 8. Click “Connect” to connect the mobile with your camera.
9. Join the Wi-Fi naming “EZVIZ_SN#”. The SN# is on your camera label. 10. Wait for the auto-configuration.
