How to perform the initial setup of your device:
1. Place device with “Open Here” arrow pointed up
2. Remove insert, plastic covering and sleeve
3. Plug the included AC adapter DC plug into the device.
4. Plug the AC adaptor AC plug into a rated power outlet.
5. Follow device instructions

Safety and Compliance Information
Only use the included AC adaptor with your Device. If the AC adaptor or cable damaged, discontinue use
immediately.
Using Your Device Around Other Electronic Devices
Device generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency (RF) energy and, if not used in accordance with
its instructions, may cause interference to radio communications and electronic equipment. External RF
signals may affect improperly installed or inadequately shielded electronic operating systems,
entertainment systems, and personal medical devices. While most modern electronic equipment is
shielded from external RF signals, if in doubt, check with the manufacturer. For personal medical devices
(such as pacemakers and hearing aids), consult with your physician or the manufacturer to determine if
