4 OVEN
Grate shelf is designed to take normal oven dishes. It can
also be used without a pan for grilling foods, such as fish.
Knob protection screen protects the knobs from overheating.
It should be fitted when grilling foods in the oven with the oven door not completely closed.
Turnspit frame is used to fit the turnspit.

4.2 FUNCTION SELECTOR
The following functions can be selected: 0 - oven turned off - upper heater
- lower heater - grill - Conventional Heating - grill and roasting-spit
(lower and upper heater)
- upper heater and roasting-spit
• On selecting a function the appropriate indicator light will come on and the oven
light will also come on.
• Always turn the function selector back to 0 when you have finished using the oven.
4.3 TEMPERATURE SELECTOR
• The temperature control knob (Fig. 10) allows for
setting and automatically maintaining the oven inside temperature on the set level.
• On the knob there are following settings - 50, 100, 150,
200, and 250, which correspond to the selected temperatures in [°C].
• When selecting the temperature - turn the knob in the
clockwise direction, to switch the control off - turn in the opposite direction.
OVEN
0
• On selecting a temperature, the control light will come on. When reaching the set
temperature, the heaters are automatically turned off and the indicator lamp goes out. The heaters and indicator lamp are turned on and off as a result of temperature controller operation.

4.4 MINUTERO El minutero sirve para controlar el tiempo de funcionamiento del horno. Transcurrido el tiempo preseleccionado, suena la alarma y el horno se apaga. En el minutero es posible seleccionar tiempos de 0 a 120 minutos. Selección de tiempo: - girar el mando del minutero en sentido horario y seleccionar el tiempo deseado, p.ej.
50 minutos.
HORNO
• Al posicionar la temperatura gire el mando en sentido
horario y al apagar - en sentido antihorario.
• Después de posicionar la temperatura se activan las
resistencias y se enciende el piloto de control. Al llegar a la temperatura deseada las resistencias y el piloto se apagan automáticamente. Las resistencias y el piloto se encienden y se apagan como consecuencia del funcionamiento del regulador de temperatura.

Si el mando del minutero está en la posición 0, es imposible poner el horno en marcha. Es una protección para los niños. Si no quiere trabajar con el minutero, es preciso seleccionar el modo de trabajo manual. A este fin posicionar el mando del minutero en la posición
y
con los mandos del horno seleccionar la forma de cocción y la temperatura deseada.

4.5.2 APAGADO DEL HORNO Cuando el alimento esté listo, gire el mando de selector de funciones y el mando regulador de temperatura hasta la posición de cero 0.
4.6 MODALIDADES DE USO
CALENTAMIENTO CON LA RESISTENCIA INFERIOR Es la función que permite acabar la cocción de los pasteles. Se utiliza durante los últimos 10-15 minutos de cocción.
