This appliance requires a standard 115/120 Volt AC ~ 60Hz three-prong grounded electrical outlet. Have the wall outlet and circuit checked by a qualified electrician to make sure the outlet is properly grounded. When a standard 2-prong wall outlet is encountered, it is your responsibility and obligation to have it replaced with a properly grounded 3-prong wall outlet. USE AND CONTROL TEMPERATURE DISPLAY The Controls of Your Appliance During normal operation, the temperature display on the control panel always shows the SET temperature. The temperature display will flash if - A different temperature is being set. - The temperature in the zone deviates by more than 9°F or 5°C from the set temperature. POWER To turn the appliance on or off, press and hold the button for 1 second. NOTE: Pressing the button once can switch off the audible alarm when the alarm is on.
DOOR ALARM SABBATH MODE If the door has been left open for more than 60 seconds, the alarm will sound. Sabbath mode is available for the observance of certain religious holidays. This mode turns off the displays, interior light and audible alarms and prevents them from turning on again. Normal cooling operations will still take place. Once the set temperature has been reached in the appliance, the alarm stops and the relevant temperature display stops flashing.
OPERATING NOISES CARE AND MAINTENANCE The unit is cooled by a compressor. The compressor pumps coolant through the cooling system, causing operating noise. Even when the compressor cuts out, noises caused by changes in temperature and pressure are unavoidable. Operating noise will be most audible immediately after the compressor cuts in. It becomes quieter as the operating period continues.

POWER FAILURE In the event of a power outage/failure, all previous temperature settings are automatically memorized and reinstated. If power is interrupted and then powered up again, the unit will operate with the last temperature set-point. Most power failures are corrected within a few hours and should not affect the interior temperature of your appliance provided that the door remains shut.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR APPLIANCE You can solve many common problems easily, saving you the cost of a possible service call. Try the suggestions below to see if you can solve the problem before calling customer service. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE PROBLEM Appliance does not operate. POSSIBLE CAUSE 1. If not, then the temperature has risen higher or fallen lower than the temperature that has been set. This could be due to: 1. The appliance door being opened too often. 2. The ventilation opening being covered or too dusty. 3. A lengthy interruption to the power supply. 4. A large amount of bottles has been added to the unit. 1.

PANNE DE COURANT DÉPLACEMENT DE L’APPAREIL En cas d’interruption de l’alimentation, tous les derniers réglages de températures sont automatiquement sauvegardés. Si l’alimentation est interrompue (saute de puissance, disjoncteur de surcharge, etc.) et ensuite rétablie, l’appareil se remettra en marche aux températures qui étaient programmées lors de son arrêt. Videz l’appareil. Prenez la précaution de fixer avec du ruban adhésif toutes les pièces libres (tablettes) à l’intérieur de l’appareil.
DÉPANNAGE Vous pouvez résoudre beaucoup de petits problèmes très facilement sans aide extérieure en suivant le guide cidessous. Essayez les suggestions ci-dessous avant d’appeler le service de réparation. GUIDE DE DÉPANNAGE PROBLÈME L’appareil ne fonctionne pas. Si l’appareil ne refroidit pas bien. CAUSE POSSIBLE 1. L'affichage DEL indique “E1”,“E2”ou “E7”. L’alarme retentit et l’afficheur de température clignote. 1. "E1" ou "E2" indiquent une erreur constatée par le capteur de la température de l'air à l'intérieur de l'appareil."E7” indique une erreur constatée au niveau de la porte. La porte du cellier a-t-elle été ouverte pendant plus de 60 secondes? Si oui, refermez la porte. Si non, il s’agit de la température qui est plus élevée ou plus basse que celle programmée.
