Kollu¤un Takılması 1- Kollu¤u direkt sol kolunuza temas edecek flekilde sarınız. 2- Kollu¤u kolunuza uyacak flekilde sıkınız. Çok sıkı olmadı¤ından emin olunuz. Kollu¤un alt kenarı dirse¤inizden 2-3 santim yukarıda olmalıdır. 2~3 cm 3- Sol kolunuzdan ölçmek mümkün de¤ilse, kollu¤u resimde gösterildi¤i gibi sa¤ kolunuza takınız.

Ölçüm tamamlanınca gösterge ölçülmüfl kan basıncı de¤erini ve nabzınızı gösterecektir. Cihazı kapatmak için “POWER” dü¤mesine basınız ya da 150 saniye içinde cihaz kendili¤inden kapanacaktır. 2- Hafızaları Geri Ça¤ırma 2.1. Kayıt edilen son hafızayı görebilmek için “MEMORY” dü¤mesine basınız. Hafızaya kaydedilmifl tansiyonları nabızlarıyla birlikte tekrar tekrar “MEMORY” tufluna basarak göstergede görebilirsiniz. 2.2.
Tüm kayıtları silmek için: Yukarıda anlatılan adım 1 ve adım 2’yi uygulayınız. Adım 4: MEMORY dü¤mesine göstergede “DEL ALL” yazısı görünene kadar basınız. Adım 5 : Açma/Kapama dü¤mesine basınız. 3 bip sesinden sonra tüm kayıtlar silinecektir. 4- Zaman / Saat Ayarları “MEMORY” tufluna 3 saniye boyunca basılı tutunuz. Göstergede “yıl” yanıp sönerek görünecektir. Yanıp sönerken “ON/OFF” dü¤mesine basarak istedi¤iniz rakama göre ayarlayınız.

3- Erasing Memories You may erase one or all memories. To delete one record: Step 1: Press and release MEMORY button to display records. Press and release MEMORY button again to choose the record that you wish to delete. Step 2: Press and hold the POWER button until the display shows "DEL". Step 3:Press and hold the POWER button. After three beeps are heard, the selected record is deleted. To delete all memories : Follow steps 1 and 2 above.
