KULLANIM ÖNCESİ TR Kullanım Öncesi • Cihazı kullanmadan önce tip etiketinde yazan voltaj değerlerinin şebeke ile uyuşup uyuşmadığını kontrol ediniz. • Cihazı kullanmadan önce tabandaki bütün sticker ve koruyucu materyalleri çıkarınız. • Cihazı ilk kullanımda; öncelikle hafif nemli bir bezi ütüleyiniz. Böylece taban üzerinde kalmış olabilecek kalıntıları temizleyebilirsiniz. • Cihazdan; ilk kullanıldığında hafif bir duman ve yanık kokusu gelebilir.
TR KULLANIM Ütüleme işlemini en az ısı gerektiren kumaşlardan başlayarak daha fazla ısı gerektiren kumaşlara doğru yapınız. Ütünün ısınması soğumasına göre daha hızlı olmaktadır. Resim 1 Gerekli ısı ayarını öğrenmek için kumaş etiketini kontrol ediniz. Eğer ütüleyeceğiniz eşyanın hangi kumaş türünden meydana geldiğini bilmiyorsanız; doğru ütülemeyi kumaşı giydiğinizde ya da kullandığınızda görünmeyen bir kısmını ütüleyerek öğrenebilirsiniz.
KULLANIM TR Resim 2 NOT! Musluk suyu doldurulabilir. • Su doldurma kapağına hafifçe bastırarak kapatınız. • Ütüleme işlemi sırasında su tankında yeterli miktarda su olduğundan emin olunuz. Su Üzerine Tortu veya alkali içeren su; cihazın buhar deliklerinin ve iç aksamın tıkanmasına neden olabilir. Özel olarak dizayn edilen buhar çemberi ve çıkarılabilir anti-kireç valfi cihazınızı tıkanmalara karşı korur.
TR Buharlı Ütüleme KULLANIM Buharlı ütülemeye başlamadan önce su tankının en azından ¼’nün dolu olduğundan emin olunuz. DİKKAT! Resim 3 Cihazda boş su tankı uyarı ışığı mevcuttur. Bu ışık su tankı boşalmaya yakınken ve su doldurulması gerekiyorken yanıp sönecektir. Optimum buhar oranı elde edebilmek için su tankında yeterli miktarda su olup olmadığını kontrol ediniz. Buharlı ütüleme sadece termostat ayarının yüksek seviyelerinde mevcuttur.
KULLANIM Dikey Ütüleme Resim 5 TR Dikey buhar özelliği size cihazı dikey ütüleme için de kullanabilme imkanı sağlar. Bu özellikle askıdaki elbiselerinizin, perdelerinizin vb. ütülenmesinde size kolaylık sağlar. Cihazı ütülemesi yapılacak olan kumaşın önünde dik olarak tutunuz ve şok buhar düğmesine basınız. (Resim 5) UYARI! Hiçbir zaman elbiselerinizi, üzerinizdeyken ütülemeyiniz ve buharı direk olarak insanlara tutmayınız.
TR 3 Yönlü Auto Shut Off KULLANIM Cihaz dik durumda 10 dakika hareketsiz kalması durumunda kendini kapatacak elektronik otomatik kapanma fonksiyonu ile donatılmıştır. Cihaz ayrıca taban üzerindeyken veya yan devrilmiş iken 30 saniye boyunca hareketsiz kalırsa kendini kapatacaktır. Bu gibi durumlarda cihaza giden güç otomatik olarak kesilecek ve kırmızı Auto Shut Off gösterge ışığı yanıp sönerken bir de uyarı sesi çıkaracaktır. Cihazdan herhangi bir hareket gücün tekrar gelmesini sağlayacaktır.
KULLANIM SONRASI Bakım Resim 12 TR Kendi Kendini Temizleme : cihazınıza kendi kendini temizleme özelliğini ayda bir ya da ayda iki kez periyodik olarak uygularsanız; cihaz performansınız maksimum olacak ve cihaz kullanım ömrü uzayacaktır. • Buhar ayar düğmesini off konumuna getiriniz. • Su tankını max. Seviyesine kadar doldurunuz. • Cihazı dik konuma getiriniz. • Termostat ayarını LINEN kısmına getiriniz. • Cihaz fişini prize takınız. • Termostat uyarı ışığı sönene kadar cihazın ısınmasını bekleyiniz.

Buhar valfi buhar aar düğmesinin hemen altında yer almaktadır. • Buhar valfini temizlemeden önce cihazın fişini prizden çekiniz ve içerisindeki suyu boşaltınız. • Buhar ayar düğmesini tutarak çekiniz. Fakat alt tarafta bulunan buhar valfine değmeyiniz.
KULLANIM SONRASI Temizlik ve Bakım TR • Cihazın fişini prizden çıkarınız. • Bazı kumaş izleri tabanda kalmış olabilir. Yumuşak bir bezi sirkeli suya batırarak tabanı temizleyebilirsiniz. Daha sonra kuru bir bezle kurulayınız. • Tabanı temizlemek için çözücüler ve aşındırıcı pedler kullanmayınız. Tabanı metal nesnelerle sert temaslardan kaçınınız. Taban yüzeyini çizmeyiniz ve hasar vermeyiniz. • Cihaz üst gövdesini nemli bir bezle siliniz. Çözücüleri ve kimyasal temizleyiciler kullanmayınız.

GB SAFETY Thank you for purchasing Fakir SkyJET Steam Iron which has been designed and manufactured to give you many years of trouble-free service. You may already be familiar with using a similar product, but do please take time to read these instructions – they have been written to ensure you get the very best from your purchase. Important safeguards When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed: 1.
SAFETY GB 11. The iron must be used and rested on a stable surface. 12. When placing the iron on its stand, ensure that the surface on which the stand is placed is stable. 13. Alternatively,select the dry setting ' ' to iron without steam. 2. Self- Clean Press and hold the knob at 'SELF CLEAN' position for cleaning and preventing of scale build up that can affect the steam iron performance. 3. Spray Button is conveniently positioned for a fine mist spray.
BEFORE USE GB 5.Extra Long 3m Cord With Flexible Grommet For greater versatility and ease of movement when ironing.The flexible grommet protects the cord from fraying. 6. Swivel Cord Outlet The cord outlet allows free movement of the cord in any direction for greater manoeuvrability when ironing. 7.3-Way Safety Auto-Off indicating Light The safety auto-off automatically switches the iron off after approx. 10 minutes of the iron standing motionless in an upright position.

Extra Large, Easy- fill Water Tank with On/ Off Illumination Large water tank for continual high steam performance, without having to refill the tank regularly.When the iron is connected to a power supply the water tank will illuminate showing that the iron is On. The On indicator light turns on as long as the iron is plugged in.When the plug is disconnected from the power supply the On indicator light turns off. 17.
BEFORE USE GB Before first use • Check if the voltage rating on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance. • Remove any sticker or protective cover from the soleplate before using the iron. • Use for the first time on a piece of damp cloth to remove any residue on the soleplate. • When first used some vapour may be emitted.This will cease after a short while.
GB USAGE Check the garment label for the required ironing temperature, If you do not know what kind(s)of fabric(s)an article is made of,determine the right ironing temperature by ironing a part that will not be visible when you wear or use the article. Silk,woollen and synthetic materials:iron the reverse side of the fabric to prevent shiny patches. Avoid using the spray function to prevent stains. • Put the iron on its heel and turn the temperature dial to minimum.
USAGE GB Figure 2 NOTE! Tap water can be used (see below: "A Special Note on Water"). • Push firmly to close the water filling inlet cover (click!). • During the ironing process, always ensure there is sufficient water in the water tank. A SPECIAL NOTE ON WATER! Water containing sediments and alkalis will cause the steam holes and internal workings of the iron to fur.
GB Steam - Ironing Figure 3 USAGE When steam ironing, ensure that the water tank is at least 1/4 full of water. Important: Your iron has a dry tank alert light , this will illuminate if the tank is nearly empty and needs refilling. Always check that the water tank has an adequate amount of water in it to ensure optimum steam production.
USAGE Vertical Ironing Figure 5 GB The Vertical Steam system allows you to use the iron for vertical ironing. This is especially useful for getting wrinkles out of hanging clothes, curtains, wall hangings, etc. Hold the iron vertically, in front of the item to be steamed and press the Surge of Steam button (Figure 5). WARNING! Never iron clothes on the body or direct the steam towards people! NOTE! Hold the iron 10-20 centimeters from the garment to avoid burning delicate fabrics.
GB 3-way Safety Auto-Off Indicating Light USAGE The steam iron has an Electronic Safety Auto-Off function which will turn the iron off should the iron remain motionless either in the upright position for approximately 10minutes .It will also switch off flat on the soleplate for approximately 30 seconds or if it is knocked on to its side (Figure 8). In such instances the power to the iron will automatically be switched off and the red Auto-Off indicator light will blink whilst a warning beep will sound.
AFTER USE Maintenance Figure 12 GB Self- cleaning Your iron will give the best ironing results and last longer if you apply ' self-cleaning' regularly (once or twice a month) to remove any scale or impurities. • Set the steam selector knob to ' ' position. • Fill the water tank up to ' MAX' water level with water filling beaker supplied. • Place the iron on its heel. • Set the temperature dial to LINEN . • Plug into the mains supply and switch on at the socket.
GB Cleaning the removable steam valve Figure 14 Figure 15 AFTER USE • In addition to the self-cleaning operation, we advise cleaning the steam valve once a month (e.g. whenever steam development is insufficient). The steam valve is located at the lower end of the steam selector . • Before removing and cleaning the steam valve unplug the iron and empty the water tank. • Carefully pull out the steam selector . Do not touch the steam valve at its lower end (Figure 14).
AFTER USE Care and Cleaning GB • Disconnect from the mains supply by removing the plug. • Certain fabric finish residues may build up on the soleplate, these may be removed by cleaning with a rough cloth soaked in a vinegar water solution. Dry with a cloth. • Do not use abrasives or scouring pads to clean the soleplate. Keep the soleplate smooth:avoid hard contact with metal objects. Do not scratch or damage the surface of the soleplate. • Wipe the upper part of the iron with a damp cloth.
