- Age Setting
Age appears and default age will flash
Press the UP or DOWN button to choose
the age and press the SET button to confirm.
- Height Setting
Height indicator HT and inch or cm symbol
light up (if switch set to “lb or st” default is
height in inches;
if switch set to “kg” default is height in cm)
Default height flashes. Press the UP or
DOWN button to choose the height.
Pressing and holding either the UP or
DOWN button will advance numbers
quickly. Press SET the button to confirm
the height.
- Setting Over
If SET button is pressed. User data
displayed for 2 seconds
BODY ANALYSIS
- Press the Up or Down button to select your
user number among the 12 user numbers
and recall the programmed data.
- Data appears for 2 seconds and then
displays“0.0”
- Step on the scale barefoot with your feet
aligned on the electrodes on the two sides
of platform, weight displays for 3 sec, then
test body resigistor.
- weight,“Body fat” “body water” display 3
seconds.
- Kcal, Body muscle, Bone displays for
seconds then turn off.
