Athlete Mode: Athletic body has greater
muscle mass and tend to be more
dehydrated than standard adult body, and
will result in high body fat reading if
measured with standard adult mode.
“Athlete” is defined as a person who is
involved in intense physical activity of
approximately 12 hours per week and who
has a resting heart rate of approximately
60 beats per minute or less.

Weight Measurement Only
- Operate the scale on a secure flat floor.
- Choose pounds (lb), kilograms (kg) by
switching the convertible switch
Note: switch should be factory-set to kg
- Press the scale, whole screen appears
- Wait until all digits light for 2 sec, and“0.0”
appears.
- Stand on the scale and stand still to
measure your weight.
- Step off the scale and it will shut off in 10
seconds automatically. If you stand on the
scale all time, the scale will shut off in 10
seconds automatically.
DATA SETTING
- User Setting
Press the SET button, “-01-“ will flashes
and then press the UP or DOWN button to
choose user number among them Press
the SET button to confirm.
- Gender Setting
Default gender icon will flash. Press the UP
or DOWN button to choose between male
and female gender.
