Falcon Stainless, Inc. warrants its products against manufacturers defect for the
Lifetime of the installation. Should a Falcon Stainless steel corrugated water
connector be found to be defective, (limited to tube failure, pinhole, cracks, or
bursting) it must be returned to Falcon Stainless, Inc., directly, and without delay;
and it shall be replaced at no charge.
All Falcon Stainless corrugated water connectors are warranted to be manufactured
in compliance with ASME, ANSI, UPC and IPC standards.
Ultimate responsibility for code compliance rests entirely with purchaser and/or
installer. Falcon Stainless, Inc. assumes no responsibility for failure due to
improper installation. Falcon Stainless, Inc. assumes no responsibility for damages
caused by errors in installation. Falcon Stainless, Inc. does not warranty the
installation or the installer. Under no circumstances will Falcon Stainless, Inc. be
liable for mold remediation, labor or consequential damages to property, real or
personal resulting from improper use or installation. Use on pumps of any kind with
non-reinforced (overbraided) corrugated connectors voids warranty.
Falcon Stainless, Inc. will not be responsible for damage to washers caused by
sharp or irregular mating surfaces, i.e. copper adaptors, brass nipples, or galvanized
nipples that may cut into and compromise the seal of the washer. It is the installers’
responsibility to ensure washer-mating surfaces are smooth and flat to prevent such
damage and resultant leaks.
This Warranty covers use in exposed and readily accessible locations for potable
water only, and does not cover direct chemical or solvent contact, misuse or abuse
of product.
