Installation Guidelines Dimensional Data C Fan and Switch Mounting The DBF110 is to be mounted a minimum of 15 linear (not equivalent) feet from the dryer outlet. A secondary lint trap (DBLT 4W) is recommended if the fan is installed between 5 and 15 linear (not equivalent) feet from the dryer outlet in applications, where excessive dryer lint generation is likely or to increase the time interval between routine maintenance of the Dryer Booster Fan (See illustration to left).
Fan Installation Illustration 2 Correct Mounting of Diaphragm Switch Step 1. Selecting Fan Location Fan must be mounted a minimum of 15 feet from the dryer outlet. In order to perform recommended maintenance, fan location should allow sufficient access for service. Refer to dimensional drawings shown above. Horizontal Vertical Switch mounted properly above and below duct. Step 2. Mount Bracket Using the wood screws provided, attach the mounting bracket to a support beam at the selected location.

Un filtre à charpie secondaire (DBLT 4W) est recommandé si le ventilateur est installé entre 5 et 15 pieds linéaires (non équivalentes) de la sortie de la sécheuse.

Procédure de branchement Veuillez noter que les raccords du moteur du ventilateur, du condensateur et du rupteur de pression ont été câblés à l’avance en usine. Illustration 5 Bleu Marron 1ère Étape. Noir Enlevez les vis retenant le couvercle du boîtier électrique installé sur le côté du ventilateur. Toutes les connexions électriques du ventilateur sont précâblées sur une barrette à bornes.

De montarse el ventilador a menos de los 15 pies recomendados, puede generar presión suficiente para levantar hilacha mojada hasta el impulsor del ventilador, y en consecuencia sobrecargar de hilacha el ventilador.

Marrón Negro Capacitor Rojo Blanco Negro Favor observar: El motor, el capacitor y el interruptor de presión del ventilador vienen cableados de fábrica. Neutro Desenrosque los tornillos de la tapa de la caja de conexiones ubicada al costado del ventilador. Todas las conexiones del motor del ventilador vienen precableadas a una regleta de conexiones eléctricas.
WARRANTY Five (5) Year Warranty This warranty supersedes all prior warranties DURING ENTIRE WARRANTY PERIOD: Fantech will repair or replace any part which has a factory defect in workmanship or material.
