Q:Why is my video often offline?
A:Please make sure to place the camera where it can receive the Wi-Fi
signal well,Please keep the camera powered.
Q:Can I only save videos via SD card?
A:No, you can record a video by your phone, just click the record button
on the video interface, the video will be saved in your phone.
Q:How can I find the video I recorded with my phone?
A:Enter the app, click ‘’Image’’ at the bottom, you can click ‘’video’’ to
find your recorded video.
Q:How do I add multiple devices? How can I distinguish them after
adding?
A:After successfully connecting one device to the Wi-Fi, you can
disconnect the cameras hotspot, and then repeat step 4 to another
device until successfully connected to Wi-Fi. You can connect up to 18
devices at the same time. In order to better distinguish your device, you
can click Settings to change the name of the camera.
Q:The camera stopped working after I used it for a few days.
A:In order to bring our customer a better experience, we will frequently
update our cloud server and APP. During the update process, your data
may be temporarily unavailable. This is a normal phenomenon, pls reset
and configure the camera again.
Q:Why are the colors of the camera pic uneven
A:Hello, our camera uses a wide-angle lens, and all wide-angle lenses are
weaker in capturing the surrounding beams.
Q:I have followed the steps in the manual and still cannot use the
camera. What should I do?
A:Reset the camera and try again.If it still does not work, please contact
FECOMI’s customer service team to replace a new unit.
