Unfold instruction
Step 1： Taking the treadmill out of the box,
then turn out the foot folding rod (1) from the
underside of the running deck with your foot ,
and then lift the stand post( 2) directly when
you step on the foot folding rod.
Step2：After lifting the stand post, hold handle bar (1)
with one hand and pull up the monitor tray (2) with the
other hand.
Step 3 ： Pull up the monitor to the right position
where is suitable for your personal preference, then
the treadmill is unfolded and you could run on it.
