Adjustments.
Before mounting or replacing cutting tool or accessories, pull the power plug.
This preventive safety measure rules out the danger of injuries through acciden-
tal starting of the power tool.
Adjusting the wheel guard (figure 5).
Release clamping lever.
Turn the wheel guard to the requested work-
ing position, then clamp the wheel guard with
the clamping lever.
Allow the clamping lever to engage.
Turning the gear head:
Carefully turn the gear head to the new posi-
tion without removing it from the housing.
