IMPORTANT
TURN OFF THE POWER AT THE MAIN FUSE
OR CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX
BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION

& Ground Wire
 Carefully unpack and identify all 
 parts before assembly. Bulbs are not 
 included.
1. Thread fixture wires and ground wire, 
 exiting above coupler, through center 
 pipe. Screw center pipe into coupler.
2. Thread fixture wires and ground wire, 
 exiting above center pipe, through  
 notched cap and fixture loop. Hook  
 arms onto notches located at center  
 body. Then lock arms into position by 
 lowering notched cap onto center body 
 and fastening fixture loop.
3.  Fasten threaded stud securely into cap 
 nuts. Set them aside.
4.  Lay glass shade inside of ring. Then  
 install ring onto bottom section of arms 
 by fastening with assembled threaded 
 stud. Make certain threaded stud and  
 cap nuts are securely fastened.
5. Install bulbs (not included). See  
 relamping label located at socket area 
 for type and maximum allowed wattage.
6. Follow enclosed “Chain Suspended
 Fixture Installation Instructions” for
 electrical and fixture installation onto
 ceiling outlet box.
