IMPORTANT
TURN OFF POWER AT MAIN FUSE OR
CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX BEFORE
STARTING INSTALLATION
 Carefully unpack and identify all parts 
 before assembly. Bulbs are not included.
1. Install center body by screwing into center 
 column.
2. Screw threaded pipe into bottom of socket 
 assembly. Note correct position of threaded 
 pipe at illustration.
3. Install arms onto center body by fastening 
 with ball cap nuts.
 NOTE: Extra ball cap nuts can be  
 found in a plastic pouch attached inside 
 of box.
4. Follow enclosed “Chain Suspended
 Fixture Installation Instructions” for
 electrical and fixture installation onto
 ceiling outlet box.
5. Install bulbs (not included). See  relamping 
 label located at socket area for type and  
 maximum allowed wattage.
6. Slip glass shade through threaded pipe. Lock 
 them into position by fastening with washer 
 and hex nut. Do not over tighten.
7. Slip cap and fasten finial onto threaded pipe.
8. Position glass shade to align holes properly 
 with arms. Slip ball cap screw through hole 
 in glass and then through tab. Secure them 
 together by fastening with small hex nut  
 from behind. IMPORTANT: DO NOT  
 OVER TIGHTEN.
