Name Plate Template
Directions:
Personalize your name plate by modifying one of the example templates or by creating one of your own.
Print using standard 8.5” x 11” paper
Cut out template using the lines as a guide.
To enable Rich Text editing (to adjust font type and size etc) press CTRL and “E” key on your keyboard.
