LimitedWarranty: Fellowes,Inc. (“Fellowes”)warrants thepartsofthemachine to
befreeofdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipandprovidesserviceandsupportfor
1year fromthe dateofpurchasebythe originalconsumer. Felloweswarrants the
cuttingbladesofthemachineto befreefromdefectsinmaterialand workmanship
for1yearfromthedateofpurchasebytheoriginalconsumer.Ifanypartisfoundto
bedefectiveduringthewarrantyperiod,yoursoleandexclusiveremedywillberepair
orreplacement,atFellowes’optionandexpense,ofthedefectivepart.Thiswarranty
does not apply in cases of abuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair. The user is
responsibleforanyadditionalcostsincurredbyFellowesinservicingthepapershredder
outsideofthecountrywheretheshredderisinitiallysold.ANYIMPLIEDWARRANTY,
INCLUDINGTHATOFMERCHANTABILITYORFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE,IS
HEREBYLIMITEDINDURATIONTOTHEAPPROPRIATEWARRANTYPERIOD SETFORTH
ABOVE.InnoeventshallFellowesbeliableforanyconsequentialorincidentaldamages

terms, and conditions of this warrantyare valid worldwide,except where different
