TRANSFERABLE 5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (U.S.A. and Canada)
Fender Musical Instruments Corporation (“FMIC”) warrants that the Fender product you
have purchased shall be free of any defects in parts and workmanship if used under normal
operating conditions for a period of ve (5) years from the date of purchase or initial lease,
except that footswitches, covers, speakers, rechargeable batteries, cabinets, handles and
cabinet hardware are warranted for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase or initial
lease and light bulbs, vacuum tubes, meters, cables and all other included accessory prod-
ucts are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase or initial lease.
This warranty shall run to the original purchaser or lessee when purchased or leased from
an Authorized Fender Dealer and any transferee of a retail purchaser. IMPORTANT: PLEASE
RETAIN YOUR SALES RECEIPT OR LEASE, AS IT IS YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE COVERING YOUR
LIMITED WARRANTY. TO TRANSFER THE WARRANTY TO A SUBSEQUENT PURCHASER, YOU
MUST ENDORSE THE SALE OF THE PRODUCT TO THE SUBSEQUENT PURCHASER ON THE FRONT
OF THE SALES RECEIPT. TO TRANSFER THE WARRANTY OF A PREVIOUSLY LEASED PRODUCT
TO A SUBSEQUENT PURCHASER, A COPY OF THE INITIAL LEASE MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE
SALES RECEIPT. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID WITHOUT SUCH ENDORSED SALES RECEIPT
OR ATTACHED LEASE.
Defective products that qualify for coverage under this warranty will be repaired or replaced,
(at FMIC’s discretion) with a like or comparable product, without charge. To receive warranty
service, return the complete product to an Authorized FMIC Electronics Service Center, with
proof of purchase, during the applicable warranty period. The Fender Dealer from whom you
purchased your product may also be authorized for warranty service and should be the rst
point of contact when service is required. TRANSPORTATION COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY.
Any repair or service performed by any person or entity other than an Authorized FMIC Elec-
tronics Service Center is not covered by this limited warranty. This limited warranty becomes
void if the serial number on any product is defaced or removed, or the product has been dam-
aged by alteration, misuse, accident, or neglect; or the product has been repaired or serviced
by persons not authorized by FMIC.
THE FOREGOING CONSTITUTES THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY FMIC WITH RESPECT TO THE
PRODUCTS AND IS MADE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Any implied warranties, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchant-
ability or tness for any particular purpose, imposed under state law are limited to the du-
ration of this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not be applicable to you.
FMIC ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM FAILURE OF THIS
PRODUCT NOR ANY LOSS OF INCOME, SATISFACTION, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE LOSS OF
USE OF SAME DUE TO DEFECTS OR AVAILABILITY OF SAME DURING SERVICE.
NOTE: This warranty applies only to products purchased and serviced within the U.S.A. and
Canada. Warranties outside these countries are as dened by the authorized FMIC Distributor
for your country or region, and may vary from the above in terms and/or length.

Les produits défectueux reconnus comme pouvant être couverts par la garantie seront
réparés ou remplacés (à discrétion de FMIC) par un produit similaire ou équivalent, sans
frais supplémentaires. Pour bénécier du service prévu par la garantie, renvoyez le pro-
duit complet à un centre de service électronique agréé par FMIC avec une preuve d’achat
durant la période de garantie applicable. Le revendeur Fender qui vous a vendu le produit
peut également être autorisé pour le service de garantie et devrait être le premier point
de contact quand le service est nécessaire. LES FRAIS DE TRANSPORT NE SONT PAS INCLUS
DANS CETTE GARANTIE LIMITEE.
Toute réparation ou service fourni par une personne ou entité autre qu’un centre de ser-
vice électronique agréé par FMIC n’est pas couvert par la garantie. Cette garantie limitée
est nulle si le numéro de série du produit a été eacé ou retiré, ou si le produit a été en-
dommagé par une altération, une mauvaise utilisation, un accident ou par négligence;
ou si le produit a été entretenu ou réparé par toute personne non autorisée par FMIC.
LES MODALITÉ QUI PRÉCÈDENT CONSTITUENT LA SEULE GARANTIE FAITE PAR FMIC CONCER-
NANT LE PRODUIT ET PRÉVALENT SUR TOUTE AUTRE GARANTIE EXPLICITE OU IMPLICITE. Toutes
garanties implicites, y compris, sans restriction, toutes garanties implicites de qualité march-
ande ou d’adaptation à un usage particulier, imposées par la loi de l’État sont limitées à la
durée de cette garantie limitée. Certains états n’acceptent pas les limitations sur la durée des
garanties implicites, il est donc possible que la limitation ci-dessus ne soit pas applicable.
FMIC REJETTE TOUTE FORME DE RESPONSABILITE POUR TOUTE DEGRADATION DE PROPRI-
ETE RESULTANT D’UNE DEFICIENCE DE CE PRODUIT OU TOUTE PERTE DE REVENU, DE SATIS-
FACTION OU DEGRADATION DECOULANT DE LA PERTE D’UTILISATION DU PRODUIT DUE AUX
DEFAUT OU A LA DISPONIBILITE DU PRODUIT DURANT L’ENTRETIEN.
REMARQUE : Cette garantie ne s’applique qu’aux produits achetés et entretenus aux
États-Unis et au Canada. Les garanties en dehors de ces pays sont telles que dénies par
le distributeur agréé par FMIC pour votre pays ou région et peuvent avoir des termes et/
ou une longueur diérents de ceux précisés ci-dessus.

GARANTÍA LIMITADA TRANSFERIBLE DE 5 AÑOS (Estados Unidos y Canadá)
Fender Musical Instruments Corporation (“FMIC”) garantiza que el aparato Fender que ha com-
prado está libre de defectos en materiales y mano de obra, siempre y cuando sea usado bajo
condiciones de uso normales, durante un periodo de cinco (5) años desde la fecha de compra
o arrendamiento original, excepto en el caso de pedales o pedaleras, tapas, altavoces, baterías
recargables, recintos acústicos, asas y piezas de jación de los recintos, que están garantizados
por un periodo de un (1) año desde dicha fecha, y las lámparas, bombillas, válvulas, medidores,
cables y cualquier otro accesorio incluido que están garantizados por un periodo de noven-
ta (90) días desde la fecha original de compra o leasing. Esta garantía cubrirá al comprador o
arrendatario original siempre y cuando haya adquirido o rmado el contrato de leasing de un
Distribuidor Fender Autorizado, así como cualquier transferencia que pueda realizar un cliente
nal. IMPORTANTE: CONSERVE SU RECIBO O FACTURA DE COMPRA O LEASING, DADO QUE ESA
SERÁ SU PRUEBA DE COMPRA NECESARIA PARA QUEDAR CUBIERTO POR ESTA GARANTÍA. PARA
TRANSFERIR ESTA GARANTÍA A UN TERCER COMPRADOR, DEBERÁ DAR FE DE LA VENTA DE ESTE
PRODUCTO AL SIGUIENTE COMPRADOR HACIÉNDOLO CONSTAR EN LA PARTE FRONTAL DEL RECIBO
O FACTURA DE COMPRA ORIGINAL. PARA TRANSFERIR LA GARANTÍA DE UN PRODUCTO PROCE-
DENTE ANTERIORMENTE DE UN LEASING A OTRO COMPRADOR, DEBERÁ ADJUNTARSE UNA COPIA
DEL CONTRATO DE LEASING ORIGINAL AL RECIBO DE LA COMPRA. ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA QUE-
DARÁ ANULADA SI NO DISPONE DE ESE TESTIMONIO EN EL RECIBO DE COMPRA O DEL CONTRATO
DE LEASING ORIGINAL.
Todo producto considerado como defectuoso y que quede cubierto por esta garantía será
reparado o sustituido (según dictamine FMIC de forma totalmente discrecional) por otro
producto idéntico o comparable, sin coste alguno. Para que su aparato sea atendido en
este periodo de garantía, haga llegar todo el aparato a un servicio técnico autorizado de
FMIC, adjuntando una prueba de la compra original, durante el periodo aplicable de esta
garantía. El distribuidor Fender en el que haya adquirido el producto también se considera
como un servicio autorizado para el periodo de garantía y, de hecho, debería ser el primer
punto de contacto si su aparato debe ser reparado. ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA NO CUBRE LOS
POSIBLES COSTES DE TRANSPORTE.
Cualquier reparación o mantenimiento realizado por una persona o entidad diferente a los servicios
técnicos autorizados de Fender no quedará cubierta por esta garantía limitada. Esta garantía limitada
quedará anulada si el número de serie de cualquier producto ha sido modicado o eliminado, o si el
producto ha resultado dañado por cualquier tipo de alteración, modicación, uso incorrecto, accidental
o negligente, así como si el producto ha sido reparado o modicado en forma alguna previamente por
una persona no autorizada por FMIC.
TODO LO EXPUESTO ANTERIORMENTE CONSTITUYE LA ÚNICA GARANTÍA OTORGADA POR FMIC
EN RELACIÓN A ESTOS PRODUCTOS Y SUSTITUYE A CUALQUIER OTRA GARANTÍA EXPRESAS O IM-
PLÍCITA. Cualquier tipo de garantía implícita, incluyendo (pero sin que ello suponga limitación
alguna) las de comerciabilidad o adecuidad para un n concreto, obligatorias de acuerdo a la
legislación vigente de algunos países, quedarán limitadas al periodo de vigencia establecido
en esta garantía limitada. Algunos países no admiten limitaciones en la duración de las ga-
rantías implícitas, en cuyo caso la limitación anterior no sería de aplicación para usted.
FMIC NO ASUME NINGUNA RESPONSABILIDAD POR LOS DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS QUE PUEDAN RE-
SULTAR DE POSIBLES AVERÍAS EN ESTE PRODUCTO, ASÍ COMO TAMPOCO DE POSIBLES PÉRDIDAS
DE INGRESOS O BENEFICIOS, INDENMIZACIONES O DAÑOS RESULTANTES DE LA NO POSIBILIDAD
DE USAR ESTE APARATO DURANTE SU REPARACIÓN O SUSTITUCIÓN.
NOTA: Esta garantía solo es de aplicación a todos aquellos productos adquiridos en los Estados
Unidos y Canadá. Las garantías para el resto de países serán las establecidas por el distribuidor
FMIC autorizado para cada país o región, y pueden variar con respecto a lo expuesto anterior-
mente tanto en sus términos como en su duración.
