The parameters listed in the follo w ing tables match exactly
the specified combinations of valves, drives with correspon-
ding stroke length, mass loads and mounting positions.
Please note
Faultless operation can only be guaranteed if all compo-
nents are fitted correctly.
• Use only the specified combinations of valves, drives
and mass loads.
• Observe the installation instructions in chapter 1 as well
as in the system manual.
• Make sure in particular that the drive and measuring
system are installe d symmetrically and are free of play.

thereby result then other time values.
