Only drives with air supply on one side are often available here. The specified positioning times as well as optimum system behaviour can only be achieved if the installation instructions described in the previous section are observed.

2. Parameters of the SPC11 for the DGCI or DDLI 2.1 SPC11 parameters Warning Incorrectly set parameters can damage the fixed stops and the drive. Be very careful when setting the parameters. The SPC11 must be familiar with certain conditions of use.

Parameters of the SPC11 for the DGCI or DDLI Specifications for setting the parameters In order to set the parameters, you will require the following specifications: – the stroke length (see type plate on the drive used) – the valve type (see type plate on proportional directional control valve used) – the maximum mass load with which the drive may be loaded Mass load If you wish to move to a position with different masses: 2-4 – Positioning with a mass up to 30% less is usually no problem.
2. Parameters of the SPC11 for the DGCI or DDLI 2.2 Setting parameters Warning Incorrectly set parameters can damage the fixed stops and the drive. Always select the amplification and cushioning stages for the maximum mass load. In case of doubt, set first the amplification and cushioning stages for the larger mass load. The positioning times specified in sections 2.3 and 2.
