Before calling, write down the model type and serial number and any
messages which may have appeared on the display. As well, it would
be helpful to have your date of purchase and place of purchase
information.
This information is available on the warranty certificate and on the
rating plate which is located on the cabinet’s frame, on the bottom
left side, behind the bottom drawer.
