Our call center and repair center is not 
outsourced, so when you need service, 
you’ll be getting it direct from Optoma. 
Our service center is staffed by a knowl-
edgeable team of veteran representatives. 
Telephone response times are less than 
1 minute on average; so rest assured, 
you will get a quick response to all your 
service needs. 
For our dealers, we offer a special dealer 
hotline that puts you to the front of the 
queue. If you need help after hours, we 
offer a 24/7 support hotline.
