5. Getting Started
5.1 Craft Interface - PC Console Port Settings
The default console (COM1) port configuration should be set to 115200/8-N-1.

The default login credentials through the CLI Craft Port are as follows (case-sensitive):
• Username: SysAdmin
• Password: Password1
5.2 Changing the Local/SSH IP Address
5.2.1 Changing IP Address from the LCD screen
Sensus devices ship from the factory with DHCP enabled, which allows the device to be auto-
discovered by AllPath Director (APD). To change the IP of the Sensus, follow these steps:
1. Select the Settings Panel on the main menu of the screen
2. Login with username (default: LocalAdmin) and password (default: Password1)
3. Select the Interface Configuration Panel, and navigate to the second page. Set DHCP to “Off”
4. Input the desired IP, Netmask, Router/Gateway, and Domain Name Server into the available
fields
