5 Thermal Design
FM150 is designed to work on an extreme temperature range, to make sure the module can work
properly for a long time and achieve a better performance on conditions like maximum power or high
data transmission. Heat conducting material is strongly recommended to add between the bottom of
module and the customer main board. For more detail design, please refer to our document
