Set Max Speed Alert
The Max Speed Alert will alert you when you are driving at a
certain speed for a certain length of time. To configure
the alert settings:
Touch
from the Menu to activate the Settings Menu.
Touch
from the Settings Menu.
Touch
from the Alerts Setup Menu.
Touch the buttons to configure the following settings:
- Max Speed Alert : Turns Max Speed Alert on or off
- Speed Limit : Set at which speed you would like to be
alerted. For example, if you select 90 mph, you will be
alerted if you drive at or above 90 mph for a set period of
time.
- Duration : Set how long you would like to drive at set speed
limit before you are alerted.
- Alert by : Select how you would like to be alerted. You may
choose more than one option.
Touch
to return to the map.
Touch
to go back to the Settings Menu.
