5 Year Chip Replacement Warranty Proceedure – All chip claims up to 5 years from purchase must be requested
to Homer Laughlin China, directly by the customer or a Buying Office representative. Replacement will be sent
directly to customer.
Breakage is not warrentied
Please provide name, address, phone number, and item specifics requiring replacement.
Note: at times when a pattern/color has been discontinued a similar item or color will be substituted per the
customers awareness.
