1. Attach the Bottom Central Rail (10) to the Bottom Panel (4) and Insert four
Cam Locks (B) into the Panel and tighten by using the Allen Key (N).

Use a Allen Key to tighten the cam nuts.
A quarter turn clockwise is all that is needed.
