DESCRIPTION
The 60-2207-1 and 60-2207-2 flame amplifier modules are used with the 25SU5-5011, -5012, and
the 25SU3-5168, -5166 controls. The 60-2207-3 is used with the 25SU5-5013. The amplifier mod-
ule determines the flame response curve of the control. Refer to Figure 1.
The 60-2207-1 is a high sensitivity amplifier for use on single burner applications with little or no
background radiation. The 60-2207-2 is a high discrimination amplifier for use on single or multi-
burner applications where background radiation is present (e.g. flame signal from adjacent flame
tips, hot refractory, etc.). The 60-2207-3 is a high sensitivity amplifier with relay hysteresis elimi-
nated.
The flame amplifier modules are operative in either the:
60-2204-2 chassis (used in the 25SU5-5011, -5012, -5013 control)
or
60-2203-2 chassis (used in the 25SU3-5166, -5168 control)
The combination of chassis and flame amplifier module determines the control type.

25SU3-5168, -5166 controls.
