1.Can the light and fan work separately? Like, can I turn on just the fan without turning on
the light and vice versa?
Yes,the light and the fan can work separately,controlled by remote control
2.How do you change the blade speed, I cannot get it to change?
Use the remote control. Level 1-6 speed adjustment by press 1-6 button.
3.Can this fan be installed on a concrete ceiling？
Yes,it can.
4.Can I buy a replacement remotes？
We will surely support you when you have issue during you install or use the product,like p
arts replacement or installation guide.Please contact vendor.
5.Does the remote control require a battery, if so what size?
Yes, it needs two AAA battery.The remote control does not contain batteries.
6.Is this a DC motor?Is DC different from AC？
Yes,the ceiling fan is DC motor driven.DC motor is much more efficient and durable than
AC ones. Fan blades can reverse by DC motor by pressing one button on the remote control
ler.
7.My ceiling has a 15 degree slope. Can this down rod be angled at 15 degr-ees, or do I nee
d a separate one?
This down rod can be angled at 15 degree yet we suggest you transform your ceiling to flat
by some fixture,just for fan stabilization and safety purpose.
8.Is the LED light dimmable, how to change the light color by remote contr-oller?
Yes,the LED light is dimmable,press the LIGHT ON/OFF button which is on the top right c
orner of the remote control.
9.Can this be installed where an existing light was without extra wiring involved for the fan
portion of this fixture?
Yes, it can be installed where an existing light was without extra wiring involededved.Just r
emove your existing light and install the new ceiling fans.
10.Will this fan work with a longer down rod?

6.Canopy is too small to accept the remote receiver and the
wires
The wires are disorderly.Please keep the wires in order and s
queeze a bit before you lift the canopy(Pic.26& Pic.27).

7.Fan blade moves very slowly when I turn on the fan.
Check the red wires connect are not diverge

8.After installation,if the fan works perfect but LED light
when you shift the light from warm to co
ol.
The LED driver (Pic.29) is faulty. Contact vendor to get a ne
w LED driver.
Yes, it does work with down rod length of different size from 4inch to 23.6inch.Current sta
ndard package includes two down rods of 4inch and 8inch which can meet most of demans.
11.Can I keep the light color when I turn off and turn on the light again?
No,you cannot keep the light color after you turn off the light and turn on again.The light co
lor always circulates as WHITE LIGHT -NATURAL LIGHT-WARM LIGHT. When the li
ght is on,it is WHITE LIGHT,you have to press once LIGHT ON/OFF button if you want N
ATURAL LIGHT and press twice LIGHT ON/OFF button if you want WARM LIGHT.
12.Can this used in exterior space?
If the exterior space is some covered space,then yes.But we suggest to use indoors only as t
he product is not waterproof.
