15.2 Dismantling
Before starting dismantling:
• Switch the machine off and secure to prevent a restart.
• Physically disconnect the entire power supply from the
machine, allow stored residual energy to discharge.
• Remove operating materials and auxiliary materials, as well
as residual processing materials and dispose of them in an
environmentally responsible manner.
Then clean modules and components properly and disassemble them
in compliance with the occupational safety and environmental regula-
tions applicable locally.
15.3 Disposal
If no agreement has been made for return or disposal, recycle the dis-
assembled components:
• Scrap metals.
• Recycle plastic elements.
• Sort other components by material properties and dispose of
them separately.
NOTE!
Danger for the environment due to incorrect
disposal!
Incorrect disposal can cause environmental hazards.
- Have electrical scrap, electronic components,
lubricants and other consumables disposed of by
certified specialist companies.
- If there are any doubts about environmentally
responsible disposal, contact the local community
authorities or specialist disposal company for
information.
