14. Fault Diagnosis
Air conditioner does not operate at all Possible power failure
Is plug out
Does power fuse
Is timer set
Remote control does not work and does not
display
If disturbed abnormally or operation modes
changed too quickly sometimes this causes
the controller to lose function. Please turn
power off and on again
If remote control displays are unclear, please
change the batteries.
Unit not running straight away when I/O
button selected
Sometimes the microprocessor acts in a way
to protect the compressor. Please leave for 5-
10 minutes.
Cooling and heating efficiency is not good Temperature set suitably?
Filters Dirty
Inlets and outlets of outdoor unit blocked.
Sleep function set
Indoor fan speed set to low
Open doors and windows
Air not immediately blown out at start of Heat
mode
The unit is processing information and will
only blow when sufficiently warm
