1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Wellington Mfg Inc. (named as “WMI” in the following) offers a 1 Year Limited Warranty against
manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for the original end user. The Warranty offered is
limited to the replacement or repair at the manufacturer’s facility, or at a point pre-approved by the
manufacturer to service and repair the product if defect is found. The Warranty is void if alterations have
been made to the original product, or for equipment misused, neglected or improperly installed.
We, WMI, reserve the right to improve any product through changes in design or materials. WMI is not
obligated to present or incorporate such changes in products previous manufactured. A copy of your
original receipt must be forwarded when sending parts for warranty work. Expenses which have been
incurred by the buyer without approval or authorization by WMI will not be accepted or reimbursed.
WARRANTY REPAIR PROCEDURE
If your WMI product fails to operate properly, or fails within the warranty period please contact our
warranty department at 888-616-9085. If the item is required to be returned to WMI it must be properly
packaged and transportation charges prepaid. If the WMI product is found to be faulty because of
defective material or workmanship, it will be repaired at “NO CHARGE”. If failure occurred because of
abuse, neglect or misuse, an estimate of costs to repair will be submitted back to the Owner. Repair will
not be completed until the owner authorizes charges and after repairs are completed the material will be
returned and transportation charges collect.

OPERATION & PLOWING INSTRUCTIONS
The Snowplow is intended for personal use, it is not a commercial unit. It will offer years of operation to
clear a larger lot and longer driveway but not meant for multiple locations. Although the hydraulic feature
may seam similar to the fully commercial use plow it has been designed in this setting only for ease of
use. It simply offers power assisted lifting, lowering and angling functions from the cab of the vehicle.
Plow immediately after each snowfall. Hard packed snow will not be removed easily with this product.
This product is not designed to move huge blocks of ice and attempting to do so will void your warranty
and may cause damage to your vehicle. Do not exceed 10 mph/ 15 km ph. When plowing. WMI will not
be held reasonable for damage related with transporting this product on roadways, it is at the
owners/operators own risk. If the owner/ operator chooses to do so the owner/operator assumes full
responsibility to insure that a safety devise is used. The plow must be chained or braced in such as way
to not allow it to fall off the front of the vehicle during transit. Always consult your local regulatory agency
for their particular requirements.
