OVEN USE
Using your oven for proofing dough
All other models
1 Turn the OVEN MODE knob
counterclockwise to BAKE and the
TEMPERATURE knob counterclockwise
to WARM.
The oven will heat to an ideal proofing
temperature (100
o
F) in about 5 minutes.
2 AFTER 5 MINUTES, turn the temperature
knob clockwise back to OFF.
3 Place the dough in the oven in a
covered and lightly-oiled, heatproof
bowl.
4 When risen to the required size, remove
the dough from the oven and turn the
oven mode knob clockwise back to OFF.
