E BATTERY CHARGING F ASSEMBLY WARNING Children can be harmed by small parts, sharp edges and sharp points in the vehicle's unassembled state, or by electrical items. F ASSEMBLY 17 9 9 6 7 2 4 DASH VIEW • Before applying the labels, wipe the surface of the vehicle with a clean, dry cloth to remove any dust or oils. • Place the labels exactly as shown in the illustration. • For best results, avoid repositioning a label once it has been applied to the vehicle. Hole Steering Column BOTTOM VIEW • Wipe the steering column with a paper towel to remove any excess lubricant. • Turn the vehicle on its side.
F ASSEMBLY 5 /32" x 11/ 2" Pin End of Steering Column Steering Column Cap End of Steering Column Steering Rod Hole 6 • Insert the 5/32" x 11/ 2" pin through the hole in the end of the steering column. • Lower the steering column so that the pin fits inside the center of the steering wheel. 8 BOTTOM VIEW • Turn the vehicle on its side. • Insert the end of the steering column through the hole in the steering rod. • Fit the steering column cap onto the end of the steering column.
F ASSEMBLY Lens Guard Wide Tab Hood Latch Lens Slot Lens Wide Notch Lens Guard Hood Latch 10 12 • Fit the wide notch in the side of a headlight lens under the wide tab on a lens guard. • Press firmly on the inside of the headlight lens to snap it into the lens guard. • Repeat this procedure to assemble the other headlight lens to the remaining lens guard. Slot • Insert a hood latch into one of the slots in the front end of the vehicle.
F ASSEMBLY A Spacers Windshield Wipers Large Tab Large Tab Large Slots Grille 14 • Position the windshield so that the molded detail on the wipers faces the front end of the vehicle. • Insert and “snap” the two large tabs on the windshield into the large slots in the dash. • Pull up on the windshield to be sure it is secure. 16 B #8 x 3" Screws • Fit two spacers between the grille and the back of the brush guard, as shown A .

Make sure the side of the seat belt with the fastener faces the outer edge of the seat.
F ASSEMBLY Sport Bar Sport Bar Support PUSH HERE Side Fender PULL HERE Supports 24 22 • Fit a support to one side of the sport bar. • Insert a #8- 32 x 15/8" screw through the support, the sport bar and out through the support. • Fit a #8 acorn lock nut to the end of the screw. • While holding the acorn lock nut with an adjustable wrench or pliers, tighten the screw. • Repeat this procedure to fasten the other support to the sport bar.
F ASSEMBLY Taillight Housing Door Taillight Lens #8 x 1" Screws 26 BACK VIEW • Turn the vehicle upright. • Using safety scissors, remove the taillight lenses and the taillight housings from the plastic connectors. Dispose of the plastic connectors. • Face the rear of the vehicle. • Fit a taillight lens inside a taillight housing. • Position the taillight housing with lens against the vehicle with the screw holes aligned, as shown.
F ASSEMBLY Loosen These Screws 28 G DECORATION • Wash your hands before applying the labels. • Before applying the labels, wipe the surface of the vehicle with a clean, dry cloth to remove any dust or oils. • Place the labels exactly as shown in the illustrations. • For best results, avoid repositioning a label once it has been applied to the vehicle. • After applying a label, rub the label firmly with a clean, dry cloth to make sure the label is adhered to your vehicle.

H BATTERY INSTALLATION IMPORTANT! Use only a Power Wheels® 12 volt battery. Use of any other battery will damage your vehicle. Make sure that you charge the battery for at least 18 hours using the enclosed Power Wheels® 12 volt charger before operating your vehicle for the first time. Charge the battery for at least 14 hours after each use of the vehicle. Never charge the battery longer than 30 hours. Failure to follow these instructions may damage your battery and will void your warranty.
I BATTERY CARE AND DISPOSAL Care Disposal If a battery leak develops, avoid contact with the leaking acid and place the damaged battery in a plastic bag. See information below for proper disposal. If acid comes in contact with skin or eyes, flush with cool water for at least 15 minutes and call a physician. If acid is internally ingested, give water, milk of magnesia or egg whites immediately. Never give emetics or induce vomiting. Call a physician.
J SAFE DRIVING RULES RIDING HAZARD WARNING • Prevent Injuries and Deaths • Direct Adult Supervision Required. • Never Ride at Night. • Keep Children Within Safe Riding Areas. These areas must be: - away from swimming pools and other bodies of water to prevent drownings - generally level to prevent tipovers - away from steps, steep inclines, cars, roads and alleys. • Riding Rules Make sure children know and follow these rules for safe driving and riding. - Always sit on the seat. - Always wear shoes.
K VEHICLE OPERATION IMPORTANT! Use this vehicle ONLY outdoors. Most interior flooring can be damaged by riding this vehicle indoors. Fisher-Price® will not be responsible for damage to the floor if the vehicle is used indoors. Beginner Use - Low Speed Drive As assembled, your vehicle is ready to roll in low speed (21/2 mph, maximum). It has been pre-set so it will only operate in low speed.
FM RADIO/SIMULATED CD PLAYER/ DIGITAL CLOCK USE L FM Radio Station/ Time Display Volume Scan Reset Power Scan Eject Simulated CD Minute Adjust Main Reset Track Back Track Forward Hour Adjust Power/Volume • Press the power button to turn on or off. • Turn the volume dial to adjust to a comfortable listening level. Hint: The FM Radio will turn off automatically after about one hour of non-use. The Simulated CD Player will turn off automatically after about 10 minutes of non-use.
M VEHICLE CARE • Check all screws, cap nuts and their protective coverings regularly and tighten as required. Check plastic parts on a regular basis for cracks or broken pieces. • During snowy or rainy weather, the vehicle should be stored inside or under a protective cover. Remember to charge the battery at least once per month while your vehicle is not in regular use. • Avoid operating the vehicle in wet or snowy conditions, and do not spray the vehicle with a hose.

Make sure the motor harness connector is tightly plugged into the battery, and that there are no loose wires around the motors.
