Tracking hourly activity
The Reminders to Move feature helps keep you active throughout the day for better health and fitness. If
you haven’t walked at least 250 steps in a given hour, at ten minutes before the hour you’ll feel a
vibration reminding you to walk. If you accumulate enough steps in time you’ll see a congratulatory
message.
You can find more information about your hourly activity and stationary periods on your Fitbit
dashboard.
