ASSEMBLY Tools: 6mm Allen Wrench 1PC 1 Remove the Metal Tubes (B) from the Main Frame (1) by using 6mm Allen Wrench provided. Discard the metal tubes and any hardware that was attached at this point as they will not be used in the actual assembly.

Front Stabilizer Installation – Lift up the front of the Main Frame (1), and attach the Front Stabilizer (6) onto the front curve of the Main Frame (1) with two Carriage Bolts (30), two Curve Washers (31), two Spring Washers (14), and two Cap Nuts (32). Use the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver to tighten the Cap Nuts (32) until they are firm and secure. 1b.

Installing the Pedal Straps: Install the Left Pedal Strap (25) onto the Left Pedal (24) and the Right Pedal Strap (27) onto the Right Pedal (26). See Fig. B. 2b. Installing the Left Pedal: Insert the threaded shaft of the Left Pedal (24) into the threaded hole on the Left Crank (52). Turn the pedal shaft by hand in a counter-clockwise direction. Then tighten with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided. 2c.
ASSEMBLY Tool: Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver 1PC Step 3 3a. Installing the Seat Post: Attach the Knob (28) to the Seat Adjustment Bracket (5). Then slide the Seat Post (4) into the Main Frame (1) and secure it using the Round Knob (23). 3b. Installing the Seat: Install the Seat (29) on to the Seat Adjustment Bracket (5) and secure it using the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.

Removing the Hardware: Remove seven Hex Bolts (89), seven Spring Washers (14), four Flat Washers (15) and three Curve Washers (22) from the Main Frame (1) using the 6mm Allen Wrench provided. 4b.

Removing Hardware: Remove four Phillips Screws (9) from the back of the Console (8) using the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided. 6b. Connecting the Wires: Connect the Hand Pulse Extension Wire (10) and Console Extension Wire (11) from the Front Post (2) to the Upper Hand Pulse Wire (87) and Console Wire (88) from the Console (8). See Fig. D. 6c. Installing the Console: Attach the Console (8) onto the Front Post (2).
ASSEMBLY 56 7a. Plugging in the Machine – Check the specifications on the Adaptor (35) before plugging into an outlet. Connect the Adaptor (35) to the Power Supply Cable (34) on the rear of the Left Cover (56). Then plug the Adaptor (35) into a wall outlet.
COMPUTER CONSOLE Button Functions START: 1. Begin the desired exercise. 2. Resume exercise when paused. STOP: 1. While exercising, Press to pause. Press once more to terminate workout. 2. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the console. RETURN: 1. Return to the previous screen. UP ARROW: 1. While exercising, press to increase resistance. 2. In custom setting, press to increase resistance. DOWN ARROW: 1. While exercising, press to decrease resistance. 2. In custom setting, press to decrease resistance. OK: 1.
COMPUTER CONSOLE GENERAL FUNCTIONS: Use the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate to the console options PROGRAMS or USERS then press OK to continue through each of the function's options. QUICK START: When the console first turns on you can enter a QUICK START work out by immediately pushing the START button at the main screen. PROGRAM: Preset Program 1. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate to the “PROGRAMS” selection, then press OK. 2. Select “PROGRAMS”, and then press OK to confirm the selection. 3.
COMPUTER CONSOLE CUSTOM: Customized Programs 1. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate to the “PROGRAMS” selection, then press OK. 2. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate to “CUSTOM”, then press OK to confirm the selection. 3. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to select between C1 or C2, then Press OK. Custom mode allows the user to create their very own Preset workout profile. 1. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to change the resistance of each column, Press OK to confirm the selection and move to the next.
COMPUTER CONSOLE Users: User Selection 1. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate to the “USERS” selection, then press OK. 2. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate to between User1 through User4 and press OK. 3. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate to between the PROGRAM or EDIT USER functions and press OK. a. PROGRAMS: Will take you to the menu choices to set up a workout using the selected user data. b. EDIT USER: Here you will be able to set user settings such as Gender, Height, Weight, and Age.
ADJUSTMENTS The Seat Post (4) can be adjusted Up or Down. With one hand on the Seat Post (4) Turn the Round Knob (23) in a counter-clockwise position and PULL until the Seat Post (4) can be adjusted. Move the Seat Post (4) Up or down to a suitable position, then release the Round Knob (23). Ensure the Round Knob (23) is securely in one of the holes of the Seat Post (4) by moving it up and down. Then tighten the Round Knob (23) by turning in a clockwise direction.
TROUBLESHOOTING TROUBLE SHOOTING 1. PROBLEM: The Upright bike wobbles when in use. 1) SOLUTION: Turn the Adjustable Pads (33) on the Rear Stabilizer (7) as needed to level the upright bike. 2. PROBLEM: The display on the Console (8) does not turn on. 1) SOLUTION: Remove the Console (8) and verify that the wires from the Console (8) are properly connected to the wires of the Front Post (2).
TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Potential Cause Correction E1 1. The motor is not activate Motor Problems Symptoms include an unusually loud noise coming from the Motor, which means the Gears are NOT meshing correctly. Try reversing the resistance and try again. If this fails then contact customer service. Problem Potential Cause Correction E2 1. There is something wrong with the cables. Ensure that the cables are connected properly and not damaged. If problem still exists, contact Customer Service. 2.
TRANSPORTATION & STORAGE Transporting the Bike Grasp the Handlebars (3) with both hands and tilt downwards until the wheels of the Front Stabilizer End Cap (86) make contact with the ground. Pull or Push the Bike to the desired storage area before gently lowering the Bike. Always maintain both hands on the Bike during transportation. Storage Store the bike in a clean and dry environment away from pets and children.
